What Is Meaning Of BCE In License? The meaning of BCE as used in Many Driving License means Class B , Class C, and Class E . There was the Classes used before the New Generation Driving License from before. Class B was Vans, C was trucks not exceeding 7500 kgs , and Class E was small saloon cars. The classes were  done all of them together in one package. The classes were later divided into B,B ,B3 ,C,C1 ,C2,C3 ,E ,A1 A2 .
