Tims is a Free seamless and convenient platform for members of the public to access NTSA service
NTSA requires members of the public to ensure that when registering their individual accounts in TIMS, the information provided (National Identification Number, KRA PIN Certificate Number and the Mobile Number)
belongs to the owner of the Account.TIMS is a self-service portal managed by an individual owner or company. When registering an account, all codes and passwords shall be sent to the number provided. It is prudent that any information relating to an account is not disclosed to any other party. If assisted to register an account, ensure the phone number provided does not belong to the individual but is your own.

This could mean you have typed the wrong serial number. If you are sure you have typed the right serial number then the next possible reason Please fill the above form and send us to us we will advise further.
“The PIN doesn’t exist,”
Dont Panic Your KRA PIN is OKAY , means you got your KRA PIN recently. For this error to be solved you have to physically visit NTSA offices with a copy of your Pin so that they can feed into the system.
