- Visit www.ntsa.go.ke
- Select the preferred service
portal - Click on Register an account
- Register either as an individual, institution or driving school,
Diplomatic mission - For individuals, Enter ID serial number, click on verify, provide your mother’s maiden name
then click on verify, proceed to the next step enter KRA PIN number then submit.
• The system will then pull all the details including postal and physical address - institutions, dealers and driving , incorporation number
- For aliens, enter the Alien ID serial number and Date of issue of the passport
- Complete the registration process by providing all the
required information - Sign in to access the account

Disclaimer; When registering a TIMS account,
