Ntsa Driving License Endorsement. If you have a driving license and would like to drive other types of vehicles apart from those authorized on your driving license, then you need to apply for a Driving Class Endorsement. Ntsa DL Endorsement upgrades your driving CLASSES following licensing to drive other vehicles. In the new Ntsa Curriculum, you will need to go through a Driving school to be able to get a class endorsement. For example, If you have class BCE and you want to drive a Taxi you will go and apply for class D1 for Taxi .

NTSa DL Endorsement by the NTSA National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA ) is done via applications like the TIMS NTSA website. The NTSA requires that drivers take a driving exam before being issued an endorsement for a new class. You first have to visit book a driving test and get tested before you can be issued an endorsement.
The process :

- Log into the TIMS NTSA website and look for the Driving License link.
- Look for the Driving Class Endorsement Link and read the instructions.
- You will need to apply for a test booking in an approved driving school.
- The endorsement will cost you Kshs 550 which you can pay via Mpesa.
1. Applicants fill in the class endorsement application accurately and completely and explain the type of DL that needs to be added, upload existing DL and scan copy of ID. Renewal fee is done by electronic payment. The application should be verified by NTSA staff, and attend training by themselves after approval. Apply for test booking when passing the school training. Attend tests based on booked time and place and staff in testing center will provide the outcome.
