1. How can I change a GOtv package (upgrade or downgrade)?

The first way to change your GOtv package is through an SMS. This is a Short Message Service (SMS). What you do is basically send an SMS ‘UPGRADE IUC NUMBER’ to 22688, or call customer care and request for an upgrade.

Another way is through the Eazy Self Service option.

Here’s how;

  1. Log-on to eazy.gotvafrica.com – You will need your Surname/mobile and IUC number to log in
  2. Head over to the Eazy Self Service and on the drop-down button will present you with several options; Click on “Change my package”
  3. This will take you to a window showing your current package and other packages you can opt for.
  4. Click on the package you want and proceed to choose the payment option. Make payments and follow the remaining prompts to complete the process.

Note: If you have an active subscription, wait for the active subscription to expire otherwise it won’t work.

Always ensure that your decoder is powered on when clearing error codes. You will need your IUC number.
