Tims Account. What is a it? A simple definition of an Account will be a seamless Portal that the Government introduced to help Motorists Access NTSA Services conveniently Online. The Migration from Citizen NTSA Services was done in 2015. All NTSA services were migrated to an NTSA Self Service Portal.

After you Register, You will be able to access the following services that are available on the new platform

What do you need to apply for a Tims account?

To apply you will need the following :

1.ID Serial Number. The ID Serial Number is located on the left side of your ID and has 11 Digits.

2. Your Mothers Maiden Name, What is Mother’s maiden name? Mothers Maiden Name is your Mother’s Maiden Name before she changed her name to married name. In most cases, you can put the first Name.

3. KRA PIN Number Your KRA PIN Number Starts with A00 or A1 for the new PINS .

What is the procedure of getting a an Account?
