- On your Browser go to https://tims.ntsa.go.ke/login_csp.jsp this will direct you to the NTSA tims login page.Please not that by 2021 we now have 2 Tims portals ,The Timsvirl and the old Tims account if you want to log in to the New Timsvirl Tims Account go to https://timsvirl.ntsa.go.ke/#!/login
You will see a login page as shwn in the photos below ,choose which portal you want to log in to :
1.Old Tims Account Portal login interface (This is what you will see) https://tims.ntsa.go.ke/
2.New Tims Account Portal login interface (This is what you will see) https://timsvirl.ntsa.go.ke/
2.Click on ‘Forget Password” ,the website will take you to the Retrieve Password tab which has 3 steps to undertake ,Key in your username which is your ID number : E,g 20123365 ,click Submit .You will see a Tab like below .
If you are resetting the New Timsvirl Account you will see a page like indicated below. Enter your ID which is your Username and Click ‘NEXT’ as shown in the image below .
3. After you click ‘Next’ You will go now to the page where you are supposed to send the verification code to your phone that you used to register with as shown in the image below.
If you are resetting the old Timsvirl Account you will see a page indicated below. You will see the authentication method which is your phone, username, and phone number that you used to register. You will also see a ‘Fill in the verification information put the verification code you received and then click submit like shown below.
